Please clarify the documentation and advertising materials to make them less deceptive. 1. A smaller file is not 'Safer' 2. the 'Quality' of the embedded images does change, as the compression process changes the images resolution. 3. The Office,

Streamline activation. Automatically populate the registration field after it is entered. This helps subsequent authorization attempts.

Make it a portable application WITH a lifetime license- so I can use it on other computers with older/various Office versions on a as-needed basis

I've used PPTminimizer since 2005, and found it handy when I NEEDED to reduce a ppt file. Depending on the version of Office on a PC that I am using, I may or may not NEED to use FileMinimizer, since more recent Office versions have gotten better...

Most people are so backwards with technology. Just use cloud based storage to share documents, instead of sending the document send people the link!

Have the documentation more clearly state that the Quality of the embedded images is affected, but if the lowest compression setting is used, the change in the image resolution may not be noticeable on smaller screens.
