Make it a portable application WITH a lifetime license- so I can use it on other computers with older/various Office versions on a as-needed basis

I've used PPTminimizer since 2005, and found it handy when I NEEDED to reduce a ppt file. Depending on the version of Office on a PC that I am using, I may or may not NEED to use FileMinimizer, since more recent Office versions have gotten better at inbuilt compression. So its best if I could run the application, when needed, from a portable flash drive or from the "Cloud".
